What is a "revision?"
Once we complete a design, we show it to you and you can recommend changes and make comments about it. We then improve the design based on your opinion and show it again. (This completes a revision cycle.)

We offer our clientele two different pricing schemes: hour-based and revision-based. The hour-based system allows for unlimited revision cycles and concepts, but you are billed by the hour. The revision-based method allocates a certain amount of concepts and revision cycles, irrespective of the amount of time we put into the design.

The Process

1. You first tell us about what you are trying to do through an easy form. This helps our designers to compose the animation or graphics that most successfully represent your idea.
2. Shortly thereafter, our staff will start designing your project. We will then email you the concept so you can give wanted changes and comments.
3. In order to see your business succeed, we will strive to make your organization's design exemplary. This is why unlimited revision cycles are given (hourly rates still are charged).
4. Once you accept a revision, you will be provided your finished graphic(s) through email in popular formats (depending on your graphics). For animations, we offer Macromedia Flash™, Windows™ AVI, and QuickTime™ 4; for static graphics, we offer Adobe™ PDF (used for printing) and JPG (used for online publishing). If you purchase one, we will send you a CD-ROM with your finalized graphic(s) (and the original concepts) in a wide variety of sizes so that you can use them however you wish.
